Responsibilities:
Duties
1. Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote daycare programs, enrollment campaigns, and brand awareness in local and digital markets.
2. Plan, coordinate, and support promotional events, open houses, community outreach initiatives, and minor fundraising activities (e.g., trips or program support events) to increase enrollment and community engagement.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communication programs using enrollment data, parent feedback, and campaign performance, and recommend practical improvements.
4. Implement communication strategies across digital platforms, including the daycare website, social media channels, email newsletters, and online announcements.
5. Prepare marketing and communication materials such as website content, newsletters, brochures, promotional copy, enrollment guides, and parent-facing communications.
6. Conduct market research and surveys to assess parent/guardian preferences, local demographics, and community needs, and use the results to inform marketing initiatives.
7. Analyze enrollment trends, inquiry data, and campaign responses to support strategic marketing decisions aimed at increasing program participation.
8. Respond to written and verbal inquiries from prospective parents, partners, and community members, ensuring accurate and consistent information.
9. Assist in the preparation of digital advertisements, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and other promotional materials in line with daycare branding and regulatory requirements.
10.Manage online marketing initiatives, including social media promotions, website content updates, and email campaigns, to maintain program visibility and engagement.
11. Support business growth and community presence by refining marketing strategies for program launches, special initiatives, and expanding outreach.
