📋 Job Responsibilities
Analyze budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profitability
Develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods and menu pricing
Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
Plan and organize daily operations and staff work schedules
Supervise, train, and monitor staff performance
Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Lead and instruct team members
Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
