Job description:
We are looking to hire an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
We are offering a dynamic commission-based salary with guaranteed wages. You will earn the greater of:
$57,096 annually at an average of 30 hours of work per week.
30% commission on the total revenue of your sessions.
Totals will be calculated monthly, and you will be paid a top-up of your guaranteed salary to the higher amount of the two.
Responsibilities
Diagnose physiological disorders and injuries of patients
Treat the diseases, physiological disorders and injuries of patients
Manipulate or apply pressure to various parts of the body, hands and feet
Clinical & Patient Care
Conduct detailed patient assessments (history, posture, movement, palpation).
Develop tailored osteopathic treatment plans based on clinical findings.
Deliver safe, evidence-based manual therapy techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Provide education and self-care recommendations to patients.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
Ensure documentation meets legal and ethical standards.
Clinic Collaboration
Uphold clinic policies and professional ethical standards.
Manage scheduling, cancellations, and client communications professionally.

Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
Experience
3 years to less than 5 years practicing osteopathy

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
