Work location: On site
Salary starting at 16.50 per hour plus tips. After 3 months, based on performance wages will be increased to $17 per hour. / 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time
Must be flexible to work any assigned shift including Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend, and holidays.
Starts as soon as possible
Benefits: vacation pay. If needed staff accommodation can be provided for a fee. Company will provide 50% contribution to Blue Cross medical benefits after 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities and Tasks
· Prepare and cook meals or individual dishes and foods and any other basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, Prepare salads, entrees etc.
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
· Assist chefs/cooks in preparing and cooking complete meals.
· Prepare cooking ingredients by washing, peeling and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.
· Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
· Measure ingredients and seasoning to be used in cooking.
· Inspect kitchens and food service areas
· Assist in maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and work areas.
· Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
· Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
· Setting up workstations and ingredients.
· Any other duties as assigned.
Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate
