· Salary: 57,000 annually / 30 hours per week
· Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
· Must be available to work early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, weekend, and holidays as per business needs.

Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 5 years or more experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities and Tasks (but are not limited to)
· Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, lounge, and in -room dining, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
· Provide on going feed back and conduct, and records regular performance review.
· Maintain Hiltons service, appearance, and quality standards, ensuring all dining areas are clean and welcoming.
· Responsible for daily cash procedures and assist with financial reporting.
· Assist the restaurant manger in planning and working to budgets, maximising profits and achieving sales and transaction targets including control of food and labour cost in the restaurant.
· Communicates with all shifts and other departments on day-to-day operations and critical areas of focus.
· Assist management in recruiting of serving staff, training and developing existing teams and motivating and encouraging them.
· Organize and maintain inventory.
· Participate in marketing plans and implementation
· Leading/instructing and supervising individuals and manage scheduling and staffing levels based on occupancy.
· Address and resolve guests’ complaints and turns potentially negative situations into positive one’s customer complaints or concerns.
· Provide customer service.
· Ensure high standards of guest experience are maintained.
· Displays knowledge of work in compliance with applicable legislation, including food safety, health and safety, and employment standards.,
· Maintain a strong floor presence, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and resolving any complaints effectively.
· Any other duties as per business needs.
Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate
