Work Setting
This position is on-site. All duties must be performed at the physical business location.
Responsibilities and Duties
Direct and control daily operations of the retail business
Evaluate and improve operational performance
Plan and organize daily store activities
Manage staff, assign duties, and monitor productivity
Determine merchandise and services to be offered
Implement pricing and credit policies
Source, select, and procure merchandise for resale
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Determine staffing requirements and assist in recruitment
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply issues
Oversee payroll administration
Conduct staff performance evaluations
Supervise office and support staff
