· Employment Conditions: Must be available to work Morning, Day, occasional early mornings or evenings to accommodate business requirements to match with different time zones.

Languages: English. Basic French language proficiency is an asset.
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of industry experience.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Determine marketing and advertising needs of the International Student Division.
Advise digital media team on advertising and sales strategy for the recruitment of international students for undergraduate Degree, Post Graduate Degree and Masters' Degree programs into Designated Learning Institutes.
Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns to attract quality international students and implement them together with the social media team.
Develop online strategies to streamline and automate collection of information and documents of potential clients.
Manage customer reviews and testimonials, conduct surveys and feedback.
Develop, automate and implement communication strategies and methods to inform potential clients of international student process and Immigration process.
Prepare and organize webinars, workshops, seminars and sales videos to retain potential and suitable clients
Arrange interviews and meetings for potential clients
Act as spokesperson for the organization.
Answer written and oral inquiries coming for clients.
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
Liaise with file processing division and sales division for dissemination of information related to the international student division.
Train volunteers, apprentices or junior staff.
Perform administrative tasks, when necessary.
Maintain and manage digital database
Consult with students after completion of the process to provide ongoing support.
Identify and solicit potential students as clients and contact them and assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets.
Any other duties as per business requirements.
