Habitat Services is seeking a qualified, organized Office Manager to oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations. The Office Manager will ensure efficient office procedures, supervise administrative staff, and support management through effective planning and coordination.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of an office
Establish and implement administrative procedures and policies to improve efficiency
Coordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, records management, and security
Supervise and train administrative and clerical staff
Assign tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate administrative records and reports
Liaise with internal departments and external service providers
Assist senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations
Employment Requirements
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
3 to 5 years of experience in office administration or a related role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information
