SIMSAN FRASER MAINTENANCE LTD. Located at 312-2175 Fraser Avenue, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, V3B 0H8, urgently requires recruiting a permanent, full-time Cleaning Supervisor. Position permanent, full-time 35 - 40 hrs/ wk. $27.00 / hr. with vacation pay.
Key job duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff performing exterior maintenance services, including roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing. Inspects job site for safety and cleanliness, prepares work schedules, hires and trains new employees, orders and maintains cleaning supplies, estimates costs, and maintains financial records. Coordinates with customers and staff to ensure jobs are completed on time and to customer satisfaction. Ensures compliance with the workplace safety regulations and company policy. May assist workers with cleaning duties as required.
Applicant should have a secondary education with completion of some college or other program, with two years of experience in the cleaning industry. Previous supervisor experience is an asset. Knowledge of ladder safety, exterior cleaning techniques, and pressure-washing equipment is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
