Tasks
Ensure 100% compliance with halal religious standards, beliefs, and certification requirements across all products and processes.
Manage inventory of halal products, including sourcing, quality checks, and supplier relationships, to maintain authenticity and freshness.
Oversee daily store operations, staff training, customer service, and adherence to halal food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, proper storage, cross-contamination prevention).
Drive 5-7% annual business growth through targeted social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)—create engaging content showcasing halal recipes, product spotlights, promotions, and community events.
Build partnerships by meeting with local school boards, mosques, community centers, and companies to secure bulk orders, catering contracts, and new B2B opportunities.
Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer loyalty.
