Salary: 29.02 hourly
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time; 32 to 40 hours per week

Reliable transportation is essential due to lack of public transportation. Staff housing available on site, only for the employee for $250/month. This includes utilities, cable TV, wifi
Employment conditions: must be flexible to work any assigned shift including Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, and holidays.
Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Completion of a program related to maintenance could replace the requirement for any experience
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort
Responsibilities and Tasks
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Perform minor repairs on appliances
Perform safety and security checks
Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Organize and maintain inventory
Maintain inventory of equipment
Maintain inventory of supplies
Perform minor property maintenance
Assist skilled tradespersons
Any other duties as directed
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Hand-eye co-ordination
