Job Details:    

Job Title: Cook (NOC: 63200)

Salary: $ 19.00/hour              

Type: Full-time minimum 35 hours/week. Some overtime, weekends and/or evenings may be required.

Positions Available: 5

Job Description:

·         Able to prepare Canadian and International cuisine.

·         Prepare and cook complete meals as per client order.

·         Supervise kitchen helpers

·         Oversee kitchen operations

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·         Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas sanitized and organized

·         Order supplies, handle/schedule deliveries

·         Train kitchen staff/other cooks

·         Enforce health, safety rules and company policy

Minimum Education/Work Experience:

·         Completion of High School.

·         Minimum 2 years of work experience as a cook or equivalent culinary education.

Skill Requirements:   

·         Fluent English is required.

·         Able to work with minimal supervision.

·         Reliable, responsible, goal-oriented individual that enjoys cooking

·         Willingness to complete FoodSafe course
