Work location: On site
Salary: $24.40 hourly
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 30 to 40 hours per week

Benefits: Employer sponsored health benefits after 6 months for full-time employees (includes extended health, prescriptions, dental, life/disability, etc.). After passing three-month probation, discounts/special rates for overnight stays and discounts in the KurSpa, restaurant, and gift shop. Two weeks paid vacation annually.
Reliable transportation is essential due to lack of public transportation. Staff housing available on site, only for the employee for $250/month. This includes utilities, cable TV, wifi. A shuttle to town two times a week.
Employment conditions: must be flexible to work any assigned shift including. Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
Assist cleaners in performing duties
Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
Establish work schedules
Respond to complaints of guests
Professionalism in customer service
Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
Handle and report lost and found items
Dust furniture
Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
Perform same duties as workers supervised
