Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pork Rinds Cooking Specialist to
Prepare and cook pork rind products using established recipes and
Production procedures. The successful candidate will ensure consistent
Product quality while maintaining high standard of food safety and sanitation.
Cook/ Pork Rinds Cooking Specialist
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Manage kitchen operations
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards
Maintain food safety and sanitation in accordance with company policies and
Canadian food safety regulations
Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and work areas
Record production data and report equipment or quality issues to management
Always follow workplace health and safety procedures
Other Qualifications:
• Knowledge of deep-frying techniques and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paces production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to details, reliability, and teamwork.
