The Insurance, Real Estate and Financial Brokerage Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the operations of a department, branch, or establishment providing insurance, mortgage, real estate, or investment services. The manager is also responsible for business development, team performance, client service, regulatory compliance, and achieving established organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the business or department.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and growth objectives.
Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate employees and sales professionals.
Establish performance targets and monitor individual and team results.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Ensure that operations comply with applicable federal and provincial legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Develop policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Resolve client concerns and oversee the handling of complex transactions.
Coordinate with insurers, financial institutions, mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, investment firms, and other business partners as applicable.
Recruit and develop qualified personnel and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
Review business results and implement corrective measures when performance objectives are not being met.

Qualifications
