We are looking for an “Accommodation Services Manager” for Tobermory Princess Hotel located at 34 Bay St. Tobermory, ON N0H 2R0 Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Lead the overall operations of guest services, front desk, and housekeeping departments, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and service standards that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Mentor front-line staff, supervising performance and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Design and execute pricing strategies, seasonal promotions, and packages that optimize occupancy and profitability throughout the year.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, service providers, and vendors to ensure high-quality materials, amenities, and services at competitive rates.
Supervise reservations, group bookings, and event coordination, ensuring smooth execution of banquets, receptions, conferences, and special events.
Proactively handle guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues with professionalism and turning challenges into positive experiences.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service standards to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and adherence to brand expectations.
Maintain comprehensive records of budgets, contracts, staffing, and departmental activities to support management decisions and audit of supplies.
Drive initiatives to enhance guest loyalty, personalized services, and high-touch hospitality offerings.
Prerequisites:
Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 37.74 to $ 39.00 per Hour for 30 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
