Responsibilities and Tasks
Direct, oversee, and control daily retail operations
Evaluate business performance and implement improvements
Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day store activities
Supervise and assign duties to staff to ensure efficiency
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Implement pricing, credit, and return policies
Source and procure merchandise for resale
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
Plan and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses
Determine staffing requirements and participate in hiring
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and supply shortages
Oversee payroll processing and staff scheduling
Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide training
Supervise office and volunteer staff as needed
