Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Completion of secondary school. Education requirement can be waived with many years of industry related experience
Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, physically demanding, Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Work under pressure, Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct performance reviews
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Organize and maintain weekly inventory.
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
· Assist manager to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Provide customer service and address customers' complaints or concerns.
· Recruit, train and supervise staff.
· Conduct weekly audits on all operational standards.
· Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
· Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
· Leading and instructing individuals.
· Perform same duties as workers supervised.
· Any other duties as assigned.
