Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the bakery’s retail and production activities to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Manage and supervise bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team.
Oversee inventory and operations, including ordering ingredients and materials, stock rotation, and minimizing waste and spoilage.
Develop and implement customer service standards to ensure consistent and high-quality guest experiences aligned with Cobs Bread brand values.
Monitor sales, revenues, and performance metrics to identify trends and take action to meet or exceed financial targets.
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and occupational health and safety standards, including conducting regular compliance checks.
Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate promotional activities and local marketing efforts, collaborating with corporate marketing to increase foot traffic and community engagement.
