Work location: On site
Salary: 37$ hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Must be available to work in day, Morning, evening, and Weekends. Must be available to complete urgent work orders and to respond to emergencies.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a Car detailing environment.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment: Dusty, Noisy, Odours, Motor vehicles
Responsibilities
Tasks
· Direct and control daily operations and evaluate daily operations in the carwash department.
· Control budget and inventory and ordering supplies.
· Participate in the hiring process to recruit, onboard, and retain competent staff.
· Train and supervise detailing staff.
· Plan repair work to be performed.
· Schedule work orders.
· Address customers’ complaints and concerns and resolve problems.
· Respond to employee questions and complaints.
· Inspect repaired vehicles also conduct examinations and maintain thorough, reliable records of the state of the car.
· Professionalism in customer service is required. Must provide customer support by responding to clients’ inquiries and fulfill their requests in a timely manner.
· Ensure the car wash facility adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
· Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for employees.
· Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of car wash equipment.
· Test drive vehicles for proper handling.
· Clean and make minor repairs to vehicles.
· Clean and maintain workspace
· Clean interior and exterior of vehicles by shampooing, washing, and waxing and make minor repairs to vehicle.
· Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
· Clean and prepare surface of vehicle for film installation by removing previous films and adhesives.
· Ensure paint is not impacted when redoing vinyl or acrylic painting and ensure the positioning of graphic image or logo where it is most visible area.
· Maintain wrapping equipment and tools and perform minor repairs or replacements.
· Running hoses, vacuums, steamers, buffers, and other machinery to satisfy service requirements.
· Vehicle maintenance and aesthetic enhancement through the use of cleaning, protecting, and restoring products.
· Conduct ceramic coating, XPEL wrap and other related services on vehicles.
· Any other duties as required for business needs.
