· Location: S and T Allard Food Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons Fox Creek - 215 3rd Street East, Fox Creek, AB, T0H 1P0, Canada
· Salary: $56160 annually
· Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time; 30 hours per Week
· Must be available to work any shift including Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Weekend, holidays.
· Start date: Starts as soon as possible
· Benefits: eligible for an on-duty meal to a maximum of $12 per shift and, 20% discount when off duty. Vacation pay will be paid as remuneration at 4% of gross salary. If the employee is interested, once completed 6 months of service, can be enrolled in group benefits plan (the cost for the plan is covered 50% by the company, and the employee is responsible for the remaining 50%.). Languages: English
Education: college or other non-university certificate or diploma from a related program of at least 1 year.
Experience: 5 years or more of professional experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café environment.

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Our Bakers produce the bakery items for our restaurants. You will be deeply immersed in training to learn about our operations standards, food safety, health and safety, cleaning and sanitizing, and guest service. As per the Head baker, you are required to lead the bakery productions and train the junior staff working in your shift.
· Oversee daily baking operations and ensure the production of high-quality baked goods.
· Manage and train a team of bakers, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
· Bake mixed dough and batters.
· Produce quality finished bakery or menu items for the daily requirements.
· Work efficiently to minimize food wastage.
· Bake breads, bagels, rolls, pastries, and sweet goods, and decorate as necessary.
· Interact with customers and bake products as per special customer orders and have a mindfulness about the food allergies and intolerances of customers.
· Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
· Operate Machinery according to the guidelines and safe manner
· Clean and maintain the bakery equipment and small wares.
· Supervise and ensure the cleanliness, of the restaurant at all times.
· Keep records of the inventory and order items.
· Any other duties as assigned.
