Workplace information: On site
Salary: $46,000 per annum (less all deductions required by law, paid bi-weekly) -This salary is inclusive of holiday pay and/or any overtime hours worked by the Employee.
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time/ 30 hours per Week
Must be flexible to work Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Weekend, and holidays

Overview
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of customer service experience and experience working in an office environment.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
· Plan, Organize, Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient office functioning.
· Plan and control budget and expenditures.
· Supervise and train other junior workers
· Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences for the Martgage agent or together with the agent.
· Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
· Follow the established office procedures and routines.
· Schedule and confirm appointments.
· Manage contracts.
· Provide customer service.
· Have excellent telephone manners, and promptly answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
· Answer electronic enquiries.
· Complete confidential administrative work and provide a safeguard for clients’ personal information.
· Open and distribute mail and other materials.
· Compile data, statistics and other information.
· Oversee the preparation of reports.
· Respond to employee questions and complaints.
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
· Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations for the agent.
· Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
· Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
· Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
· Conduct research.
· Perform data entry.
· Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
· Maintain and manage digital database.
· Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
· Any other duties as per business requirements.
