We are currently looking for a fulltime Office Receptionist to join our team as soon as possible. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Position: Full-time/ permanent, 32-40hrs/week (1 vacancy)
Shift: Day, Weekend, Flexible Hours, To be determined
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Provide basic information to clients and the public
Order office supplies

Receive and issue payments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Arrange teleconferences
