Reporting to the District Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant while ensuring delivery of quality food and guest satisfaction, accountable for maximizing sales and profitability while maintaining quick service standards, implementing all corporate policies and procedures, ensuring training and development of management and crew, and achieving desired restaurant outcomes as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
Salary: $58,000.00 Annually.

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Completion of secondary school. Education requirement can be waived with many years of industry related experience
Experience: 3 to less than 5 years of experience in the food service sector including management experience
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight Deadlines; Attention to detail; Repetitive tasks; Occasionally lift, move, carry and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights to/from shelves; Standing and walking for long periods of time without frequent rest periods (duration of shift); Occasionally climb on stools or ladders and reach for items located on shelves. Required frequent motions of bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing. Frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as cooler, freezer, oven etc., of the restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximise guest satisfaction.
● Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
● Ensures preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with company standards.
● Enforce compliance with government regulations, Tim Horton’s market policy, employment laws, food safety, security policy, operations and company policies and procedures leading to all restaurant activities across shifts.
● Leads restaurant management team recruiting, selecting, hiring and retaining effective team talent, also in scheduling and conducting performance review of staff.
● Maintains inventory, manages labour and applies financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results.
● Provides coaching and feedback to team members, supervisors, assistant managers.
● Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service in clean surroundings.
● Assumes full responsibility for restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies and follows cash control/security procedures.
● Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
● Provide customer service and address customers' complaints or concerns.
● Any other duties as assigned.
