Location: Fox and Fiddle (Fox Cityplace), 17 Fort York Blvd, Toronto, Ontario, M5V3Y7
Salary: 28.50 hourly / 30.00 to 40.00 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Must be available to work any shift including Day, Evening, Morning, Shift, Weekend, holidays.
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate OR equivalent experience
Experience: 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.
Job duties and Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
· Organize and maintain inventory.
· Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
· Negotiate with clients for catering, events, functions, when necessary.
· Participate in marketing plans and implementations and promote the business.
· Recruit, train and supervise staff.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Conduct performance reviews.
· Leading/instructing individuals.
· Address customers' complaints or concerns.
· Respond to client’s reviews and investigate.
· Perform office administrative duties.
· Provide customer service.
· When necessary perform same duties as workers supervised, such as taking customer orders, serve food, clean every areas of the restaurant etc.
· Any other duties as assigned.
