The Vancouver Fish Company Restaurant & Bar Peak Hospitality Ltd. located at 1517 Anderson St Vancouver, BC, V6H 3R5 is looking for One Full time Permanent Restaurant Manager for their restaurant at above location.
Aboriginal, Visible minorities , Canadian, Student , New comers, Permanent Resident who can demonstrate required education and work experience are encouraged to apply.
You will be required to work 32 hours a week, in a rotating shift, including weekends and Stat holidays.
Salary: $36.60 /Per hours.
Education: Completion of Secondary School.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience or Completion of a college level diploma or other program related to culinary/hospitality field.
You will be performing following duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service.
Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
