Position Details
Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Wage: $36.00 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week (Full-time)
Schedule: Shift work
Start Date: As soon as possible
Overview
Language Requirement: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate staff involved in food preparation and portioning
Ensure food and service meet quality standards
Establish daily and weekly work schedules
Prepare and submit operational reports
Develop methods to meet work schedules and service demands
Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Oversee inventory and address supply shortages
Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations
Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
