Position Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager is a senior-level role responsible for leading Inline Group’s business development and strategic growth initiatives across key markets, including infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, renewables, and land development. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing high-value opportunities; maintaining senior client relationships; and contributing to long-term business planning. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a demonstrated history of building and closing complex opportunities within the engineering, construction, or geotechnical industries. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
