Specific Skills:
· Plan, develop, and create new recipes and menu items
· Oversee preparation and cooking of all dishes to ensure authentic taste and quality
· Train and supervise cooks and kitchen helpers on recipes, techniques, and food standards
· Establish and maintain standard recipes and portion controls
· Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
· Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
· Manage inventory, order ingredients, and control food costs and waste
· Adjust menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
· Maintain overall kitchen discipline, cleanliness, and performance standards
