Responsibilities
Tasks
Assigning duties, creating work schedules, and training new employees.
Handling escalated customer complaints, requests, and ensuring a high standard of service.
Monitoring sales figures, preparing reports, achieving sales targets, and implementing marketing strategies.
Ordering merchandise, managing inventory, authorizing payments, and authorizing merchandise returns.
Ensuring store cleanliness, proper signage, and visual merchandising standards.
