Languages: English
Education: College, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Several years of experience within the accommodation industry shall substitute for the formal educational requirement.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience within the accommodation industry.
Responsibilities and Tasks
· Coordinate daily operations with housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast teams to ensure room readiness, smooth turnovers, and efficient flow during high‑occupancy periods.
· Track occupancy, ADR, arrivals, stayovers, and forecasted demand to support daily planning, while monitoring room status, late checkouts, and service‑recovery rooms to maintain operational flow and guest satisfaction.
· Ensure accurate use of PMS and franchise systems, maintaining rate integrity, room‑blocking accuracy, and correct Rewards member handling (profile attachment, recognition, and reward‑night documentation).
· Support meeting room bookings, pool party reservations, and special events by aligning departments for successful execution.
· Manage direct billing requests and accounts receivable follow‑up.
· Assist the General Manager in meeting and exceeding IHG performance targets, brand standards, sales efforts, and Quality Assurance readiness.
· Coach and support front desk agents, including onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
· Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing adjustments to support operational needs.
· Lead service‑recovery efforts, track key operational metrics, and participate in daily operations meetings, including collaboration on Medallia feedback and improvement actions.
· Support all departments and ensuring safety, security, emergency response readiness, and adherence to hotel and brand policies (privacy, PCI compliance, and data‑handling standards).
· Maintain inventory controls for front desk supplies and guest amenities.
· Resolve customer complaints.
Monitor budgets, revenues and expenses.
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities, as required.
· Perform any other duties as per business requirements.
