· Salary: 19$ to 22.50$ hourly

After passing three-month probation, discounts/special rates for overnight stays and discounts in the KurSpa, restaurant, and gift shop. Two weeks paid vacation annually.
· Reliable transportation is essential due to lack of public transportation. Staff housing available on site, only for the employee for $250/month. This includes utilities, cable TV, wifi. A shuttle to town two times a week.
· Employment conditions: must be flexible to work any assigned shift including Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, and holidays.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports to Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Manager.
· Complete housekeeping activities assigned by the Housekeeping Department using required keys, equipment and supplies.
· Ensure adherence to safety regulations, fire regulations, and department procedures & policies.
· Ensure the cleaning (Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors) & supplying of guests’ rooms and the comfort of all the guests according to the established procedures and Sparkling Hill Standards.
· Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
· Clean public and common areas.
· Report lost and found items and any items found in check-out units to Supervisor.
· Promptly attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
· Provide basic information on facilities.
Pick up debris and empty trash containers, remove litter, garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the specified areas.
Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
Report any malfunctions, damages, repairs, and maintenance needed to supervisors.
Perform stayover service for guests staying longer than one night.
Any other duties as directed.
