(Assistant Manager, Fast Food)
We are looking for a well experienced Assistant Manager, Fast Food for Domino’s Pizza located at 789 Markham Road Scarborough, ON M1H 2Y1, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating daily store operations to ensure efficient service, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with Domino’s standards, including product quality and delivery time targets.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of in-store and delivery staff; provide training on Domino’s procedures (order preparation, food handling, customer service, and delivery protocols) and conduct performance evaluations.
Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for peak periods, late-night operations, and delivery services while controlling labour costs.
Monitor and control operational costs, including food, labour, and supplies, to meet budget targets and maintain store profitability.
Oversee inventory management, including dough, toppings, packaging, and delivery supplies; place orders and coordinate with approved suppliers to ensure consistent stock levels and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations, as well as Domino’s operational and hygiene standards.
Address customer complaints related to order accuracy, delivery times, and service quality; resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Monitor order flow, delivery dispatch, and service times using Domino’s systems to ensure efficiency and adherence to performance targets.
Assist in implementing local store marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach programs to drive sales and repeat business.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to maintain a skilled and reliable team.
May perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more in Fast Food Industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $36 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
