· Salary: $19.00 to $21.50 hourly
· Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 35 to 40 hours per week

· Benefits: Employer sponsored health benefits after 6 months for full-time employees (includes extended health, prescriptions, dental, life/disability, etc.). After passing three-month probation, discounts/special rates for overnight stays and discounts in the KurSpa, restaurant, and gift shop. Two weeks paid vacation annually.
· Reliable transportation is essential due to lack of public transportation. Staff housing available on site, only for the employee for $250/month. This includes utilities, cable TV, wifi. A shuttle to town two times a week.
· Employment conditions: must be flexible to work any assigned shift including Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, and holidays.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Prepare and cook meals or individual dishes and foods.
Prepare and cook meals and dishes for guests with food allergies or intolerances.
Adhere to standardized recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency and ensure all standards are met.
Prepare a variety of ingredients, sauces, etc., based on the needs of the kitchen.
Wash, peel, and/or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving.
Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils, in fridges, freezers, and storage areas.
Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, prepared, and served safely in accordance with hotel and government Food Safety guidelines.
Operate, clean, ad sanitize a variety of kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
Clean kitchen and work areas and assist with washing and sanitizing dishes as necessary and maintain general organization and cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen.
Stock line coolers and storage areas before, during, and after service.
Chek on and stock buffet items to ensure freshness and quality.
Assist with plating for banquets and functions.
Train junior kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Other duties as assigned.
