We are looking for Cooks for Aramark at 285-289 Mackenzie Road, Inuvik, NTX0E 0T0, Canada.

JOB DUTIES :
Prepare, season, and cook a variety of food items in accordance with standardized recipes, production schedules, and portion control guidelines.
Prepare meals for high-volume food service operations while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders to support efficient kitchen operations.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and cooking temperatures to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special meal requests as required.
Assist with requisitioning, receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies and ingredients.
Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food preparation machinery.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and sanitation of food products in compliance with HACCP and workplace safety standards.
Assist in coordinating kitchen workflow and provide guidance to kitchen helpers and support staff as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas in accordance with health and safety policies.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $25.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
