We are looking for a well experienced Food Service Manager for “Cheese Boutique” located at 45 Ripley Ave, Toronto, ON M6S 3P2, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and oversee the daily operations of the café, prepared foods, deli, and catering departments to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Develop and implement service standards, food quality procedures, and merchandising strategies to maintain the company's premium gourmet food experience.
Manage departmental budgets, labour scheduling, inventory, and procurement of specialty cheeses, gourmet products, prepared foods, bakery items, and other food service supplies to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate supervisors and food service staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and customer service standards.
Monitor sales performance, customer demand, and inventory levels, and implement strategies to increase revenue while maintaining product quality and availability.
Coordinate with the bakery, butcher, seafood, kitchen, deli, and retail departments to ensure efficient production, timely service, and seamless day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, occupational health and safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the high standards expected of a premium specialty food retailer.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience & Skills: 5 or more years
Language:English
Hourly Rate: $36.00 to $ 40.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
