We are looking for a well-experienced Catering Service Manager for “Mcewan Enterprises.” to work at 38 Karl Fraser Road, Toronto, ON M3C 0H7, Canada.

Job Duties:
Plan, direct, and oversee all catering service operations, including corporate events, private functions, weddings, premium dining events, and off-site catering services.
Manage end-to-end event execution, including client requirements, menu coordination, staffing, service timelines, delivery logistics, venue setup, and on-site supervision.
Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate catering staff, servers, bartenders, delivery teams, and event support staff to ensure high service standards.
Coordinate closely with chefs, culinary teams, clients, and vendors to deliver customized menus, dietary accommodations, food presentation, and premium guest experience.
Monitor labour costs, food costs, event budgets, inventory needs, rental requirements, and overall event profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health and safety regulations, alcohol service requirements, and company policies.
Resolve client concerns, oversee service quality during events, review event performance, and implement improvements to maintain the company’s senior hospitality standards.
Prerequisites:
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience Hospitality administration/management, other
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more in hospitality industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 36.00 to $ 40.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
