Responsibilities
Tasks
Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant.
Batch and mix concrete according to specifications.
Perform quality checks on concrete mixes.
Monitor raw material levels and report shortages.
Maintain production records and batch reports.
Inspect and perform basic maintenance on batching equipment.
Keep the plant clean and organized.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Coordinate with dispatch and delivery drivers.
Assist with other plant operations as required.
