Salary:60,525 annually
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full-time, 30 hours per week

Education: college level diploma/certificate in related industry.
Education can be replaced with several years of experience in the accommodation sector and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience within the accommodation industry.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
Recruit and hire staff
Supervise staff
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Develop and implement business plans
