The Store Manager position contributes to the success of City Avenue Market by directing store operations, leading employees, and ensuring excellent customer service and efficient day-to-day performance.

l Wage: $45.00 / hour, monthly salary $5,850.00

l Hours of work: 30 hours per week
l Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Main job duties include:
· Plan, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the store.
· Manage staff, assign duties, prepare work schedules and monitor employee performance.
· Study market trends, customer demand and competitors to determine merchandise and services to be offered.
· Manage inventory, purchasing, pricing and relationships with suppliers while controlling operating costs.
Resolve customer concerns, implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety and store policies.
