(Customer Service Supervisor - Retail)
We are looking for a well-experienced Customer Service Supervisor - Retail for Richmond Hill Hyundai located at 11188 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1K9, Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and co-ordinate retail customer service, automotive parts sales, office and support staff and monitor daily performance.
Assign sales and customer service employees to duties and establish work schedules based on dealership operating requirements and customer demand.
Hire, train and coach staff on automotive parts and accessories, sales procedures, customer service standards, returns and internal policies.
Assist customers with automotive parts and accessory enquiries, identify suitable products and complete retail sales transactions accurately.
Resolve customer requests and complaints professionally, investigate service concerns and coordinate timely solutions with relevant dealership departments.
Order automotive parts, accessories and retail merchandise and follow up on supply shortages, back orders and delivery requirements.
Organize and maintain inventory, monitor stock levels and ensure automotive parts and accessories are stored, displayed and recorded accurately.
Authorize merchandise returns and exchanges in accordance with dealership procedures and verify all supporting sales and inventory records.
Prepare reports on sales volumes, inventory, merchandising, customer service activities and personnel matters for management review.
Conduct staff performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback and implement improvements to support efficient service and consistent customer satisfaction.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience & Skills: 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Language: English
Hourly Wage: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
