Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of financial services staff.
Assigning duties and responsibilities to employees.
Assisting customers with financial service inquiries and transactions.
Processing and reviewing financial transactions and related documentation.
Preparing reports related to financial activities, sales, and personnel matters.
Resolving customer concerns, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintaining accurate financial and customer records.
Monitoring and maintaining appropriate cash and financial controls.
Ensuring employees follow company policies and procedures.
Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of workers.
